Aesthe Wear, legally operated by Active Clothing Inc, provides secure online payment options for purchases made through our website. This Payment Policy explains our accepted payment methods, pricing, payment authorization, payment security, fraud prevention, and refund processing.
Aesthe Wear accepts the following payment methods:
Credit and Debit Cards through Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Affirm: Available for eligible purchases and customers.
Afterpay: Available for eligible purchases and customers.
PayPal is not accepted by Aesthe Wear.
Aesthe Wear does not accept:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Bank wire transfers
Money orders

Payment-method availability is determined by the payment provider and the order eligibility requirements shown at checkout.
All product prices, shipping charges, taxes, and other checkout amounts are displayed in United States Dollars (USD).
The checkout page shows the applicable product prices, discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and final order total before payment is submitted.
Aesthe Wear does not add undisclosed payment or processing charges after payment is submitted.
When you submit an order, the selected payment method is submitted to the applicable payment provider for authorization.
An order is completed only after the required payment authorization is successful.
When payment authorization fails or the transaction is declined:
The order is not completed.
No successful payment confirmation is issued.
You should verify your payment information or contact your bank or payment provider.
Payment information is processed through third-party payment providers that use security measures designed to protect payment transactions.
Aesthe Wear does not intentionally store complete credit card or debit card numbers, CVV codes, or banking login credentials on its own website servers when payment information is processed directly by the applicable payment provider.
Payment providers may process payment information according to their own security practices, terms, and privacy policies.
Aesthe Wear uses payment and security controls to help detect unauthorized or suspicious transactions.
When a transaction requires additional verification, Aesthe Wear may:
Request additional order or payment information.
Place the order on hold while verification is completed.
Cancel the order when the transaction cannot be reasonably verified.
Refund a cancelled order to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
For returns, refunds are processed according to our Return and Refund Policy.
For an approved refund:
Aesthe Wear processes the refund within 7 business days after the return is received, inspected, and approved.
The payment provider or financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
A refund cannot be transferred to a different card, bank account, or payment method.
When an order is cancelled before fulfillment and payment has already been collected, the applicable refund is issued to the original payment method.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that situation, the order is handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
